Cookie Policy

FinMkt, Inc. Effective Date: June 25, 2026

1. Introduction

FinFi ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website located at www.finfi.co (the "Site") and within our embedded lending and payments platform. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and the choices available to you.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow us to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. Cookies may be set by FinFi ("first-party cookies") or by third-party services operating on our behalf ("third-party cookies").

Similar technologies — including pixels, web beacons, local storage, and device fingerprinting — may also be used and are collectively referred to as "cookies" in this policy.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the Site and platform to function. They enable core capabilities such as authentication, session management, fraud prevention, and security. These cookies cannot be disabled without materially impairing platform functionality.

‍

Cookie Purpose Duration
Session token Maintains authenticated user sessions Session
CSRF token Protects against cross-site request forgery Session
Load balancer Routes requests to appropriate servers Session

‍

Performance & Analytics Cookies: These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site — including which pages are visited, how long users stay, and where errors occur. Data is aggregated and does not directly identify individuals.

Examples: Google Analytics, Datadog RUM, or equivalent observability tooling.

Functional Cookies: These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering user preferences, workflow states, and user interface settings within the platform.

Marketing & Targeting Cookies: These cookies may be set by our advertising and CRM partners to deliver relevant content and track the effectiveness of outreach campaigns. They are used only on public-facing marketing pages — not within authenticated platform sessions.

‍

Cookie Type Purpose Examples Typical Duration Consent / Choice Approach
Strictly Necessary Cookies Required for website operation, security, network management, fraud prevention, session management, and remembering cookie choices. Session tokens, CSRF tokens, load balancing cookies, consent preference cookies, security cookies. Session to 12 months. Always active because the website or platform cannot function properly without them.
Functional Cookies Help remember visitor preferences and support enhanced functionality. Form preferences, interface settings, region/language choices, workflow states. Session to 12 months. Optional where required by law or user preference.
Analytics / Performance Cookies Help measure website traffic, page performance, content engagement, visitor interactions, and error reporting. Google Analytics, Datadog RUM, or similar analytics/observability tools if used. Session to 25 months, depending on provider configuration. Used only after consent where required by law.
Marketing / Advertising Cookies Help measure campaigns, attribute conversions, build audiences, retarget visitors, and deliver relevant advertising. Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, or similar marketing tools if used. Session to 24 months, depending on provider configuration. Used only after consent where required by law. California residents may opt out of sale or sharing where applicable.

‍

4. Third-Party Cookies

We work with select third-party service providers who may set cookies on the Site to support analytics, security monitoring, and marketing attribution. These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, and we encourage you to review them. FinFi does not sell personal data collected via cookies to third parties.[1]

5. Cookies in the FinFi Platform

If you access FinFi's embedded lending or payment orchestration platform as a merchant, lender, or borrower, cookies within authenticated sessions are used solely for session integrity, security, and operational continuity. No behavioral advertising cookies are set within authenticated platform sessions.

6. Your Choices

Browser Controls: Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent access to certain platform features.

Cookie Consent Banner: Upon first visiting the Site, you will be presented with a consent banner that allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You may update your preferences at any time by clicking the Cookie Preferences link in the Site footer.

Opt-Out Tools

●      Google Analytics opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

●      Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out: optout.aboutads.info

●      Network Advertising Initiative opt-out: optout.networkadvertising.org

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to DNT signals, the Site does not currently alter its data practices in response to DNT browser settings. We will revisit this position as standards evolve.

8. California Residents

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) regarding the use of cookies that constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for details or contact us at the address below to exercise your rights.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our data practices. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Continued use of the Site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
